Customers choosing Click and Collect can provide their preferred pick-up date and time. Orders will only be released to individuals aged 18 or over with valid ID if requested.

If the wine arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
