By purchasing from MuNoir, you agree to the terms below.
1. Non-Returnable Products

Alcoholic beverages, including wine, cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

Gift vouchers and promotional items are non-refundable.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at pinot@munoir.com.au

Include your order number and a photo of the damage or fault.

A replacement of the product, or

A full refund to your original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at pinot@munoir.com.au

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible due to shipping and product safety regulations.
4. Refund Process
