  • We currently ship to addresses within Australia.

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days depending on location.

  • Express delivery options may be available at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Handling and Packaging

  • All wines are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.

  • Once items are handed over to the carrier, risk and title transfer to the customer.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If your delivery is delayed or lost, please contact us at pinot@munoir.com.au

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve issues, including replacement or refund for damaged or lost items.


6. Age Verification

  • Alcohol deliveries require proof of age (18+) upon receipt.

  • Orders may be refused if the recipient cannot provide valid ID.
