Your order is confirmed only once payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

MuNoir reserves the right to:

  • Decline or cancel any order at our discretion;

All purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or export.
Our Refund Policy applies to all eligible returns and cancellations.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST, unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.

You agree to provide valid and accurate billing and payment details. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that charges will be honoured by your provider.

Shipping, handling, and delivery charges are additional unless otherwise indicated.

We currently deliver within Australia and to select international destinations (subject to applicable regulations).
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

We are not liable for delays or issues caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

MuNoir complies with Australian liquor licensing laws.
By placing an order for alcohol, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and that any recipient of the delivery is also 18 years or older.

We reserve the right to request proof of age before delivery or upon collection.

All sales and transactions are made directly with MuNoir, not Shopify.
You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any sales, deliveries, or issues arising from your transactions with MuNoir.
