Our Mission

We are a Pinot Noir-focused wine bar in Windsor, Prahran East, Melbourne, celebrating the elegance of Pinot Noir and pairing it with contemporary Asian dishes that bring people together. Founded by Mun, a passionate wine lover and specialist trained in Melbourne, MuNoir was created as a place to share great wines, genuine stories, and good company.

At MuNoir, every glass tells a story. We are dedicated to showcasing Victoria’s finest wines from small, independent producers who pour their hearts into every bottle. Each pour reflects a unique story of place, passion, and craftsmanship.

Winemaking

Winemaking Journey

Mun starts her winemaking journey since 2020 and believes that a great wine begins in the soil. To ensure quality from vineyard to glass, she dedicates herself to crafting her own wines with care and precision. She hand-picks Pinot Noir grapes from exceptional Victorian vineyards and follows traditional, low-intervention winemaking methods.

We are proud to serve our 2023 MuNoir Pinot Noir, made in the Mornington Peninsula, and our N.V. MuNoir Pinot Noir Shiraz, crafted in Emerald. Our 2025 MuNoir Premium Pinot Noir is still in progress — a promising vintage we’re eagerly awaiting.

Your City Cellar Door

To further support local wineries, MuNoir serves as a city cellar door where you can shop boutique wines in-store or online. This brings the best of Victoria’s vineyards to your home without the need to visit each one. Every bottle is personally selected by Mun, who holds a certified WSET diploma qualification and a strong dedication to quality.
