2015 Mount Langi Ghiran Mast Shiraz is a refined, elegant cool‑climate Shiraz — not a blockbuster fruit bomb. It shows complexity and restraint, with blackberries, plums, dark fruit, spice, and earthy notes tightly integrated.

On the palate, it is full-bodied yet graceful: plush black and red fruits are layered with spice — pepper, dark chocolate, and subtle hints of anise or five-spice — while retaining cool-climate lift and poise. Fine-grained, structured tannins provide texture and grip without being overly aggressive.

The finish is long and lingering, carrying dark fruit, spice, and savoury, earthy nuances.

With its balanced structure of tannin and acidity, this wine has excellent cellaring potential and will age gracefully. Drink now or allow 5–8 more years of further development.
