The 2012 Mount Mary Pinot Noir is described as one of the most refined Pinot Noirs from Australia, having a bouquet of red and black cherry, floral notes, and earthy undertones of forest floor or sous-bois. The palate is extremely silky and complex, with flavors of red fruit, plum, and spice, balanced by well-integrated acidity and fine tannins, leading to a long, lingering finish.
