N.V. MuNoir Pinot Noir Shiraz – Crafted with a Burgundian sensibility grounded in Australian terroir, this non-vintage blend brings together Pinot Noir(65%) from Emerald and Shiraz(35%) from the Yarra Valley to deliver both consistency and complexity. The nose opens with lifted ripe red cherry, dried strawberry, and hints of aged orange peel and licorice, and mint, layered with darker tones of plum and black cherry. With extended maturation in French oak for 20 months, the wine has begun to reveal elegant tertiary characters—clove, vanilla spice, leather, and subtle earthiness that add depth and warmth.

The palate is silky yet structured, balancing vibrant red fruit with the richer, spiced notes of Shiraz. Fine tannins and well-integrated acidity carry the flavours through to a long, harmonious finish. A distinctive and expressive wine, combining Old-World finesse with the vitality of Australian soil.
