2023 Tolpuddle Vineyard Pinot Noir

Tasting Note
Intensely aromatic with a darker fruit spectrum — think black cherry, plum, and blackberry — layered with complex savoury spice. The palate is structured yet flowing, with firm, structural tannins and bright cool‑climate freshness. The French oak (10 months, ~1/3 new) adds subtle warmth and texture without overshadowing the fruit. 

Finish
Long and poised, with lingering herbal complexity, fine river-stone minerality, and a refined elegance.

Drinking / Cellaring
Will repay careful cellaring for up to ~12 years.

• Region: Coal River Valley, Tasmania 

• ABV: 13.5% 

• Winemaking: Hand‑picked fruit, fermented with a mix of whole berries & whole bunches, aged 10 months in French oak (1/3 new).
