2023 Serrat Pinot Noir

Tasting Note
A bright, medium-crimson colour. The bouquet is brooding and complex, with wild strawberry, dark cherry, rosebush, spice and a hint of potpourri.
On the palate it is seamlessly textured and gently saline, with ripe, velvety tannins that linger persistently.
Everything feels in total harmony — you can enjoy this now, but its best is yet to come.

Technical Notes

• Clones: MV6 and Pommard

• Whole bunch: ~25%

• Fermented with natural yeast, 12 days on skins 

• Aged in 500 L French oak casks (33% new)
