2023 MuNoir Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir

MuNoir’s inaugural Pinot Noir is a confident expression of the Mornington Peninsula. Aromas of ripe red cherry and wild strawberry are lifted by subtle forest floor notes, giving the wine a gentle, perfumed elegance.

The palate is fine and silky, driven by bright red cherry, raspberry, and redcurrant. Vibrant fruit sits alongside savoury hints of earth and mild spice, adding depth through the mid-palate. The finish is medium to long, layered and inviting, encouraging another sip.

Approachable now with a brief decant and served at 14–16°C, this wine will continue to develop greater savoury complexity over the next 3–5 years.
