Tasting Note

Deep purple‑red in the glass, the nose is saturated with dark black and blue fruits (blackberry, plum), alongside fragrant violets, incense, and sweet spices like clove and cinnamon. 

On the palate, it’s rich and structured yet silky — densely layered with black and red berry fruit, floral perfume, Asian spice, and a seamless, mouth-coating texture. 

The finish is long and persistent, with generous but refined tannins and a lingering smoky, meaty charcuterie character. 

Cellaring Suggestion: Its optimum drinking window is 2030–2045.
