Tasting Note
Bright cherry‑red in colour, this wine opens with aromas of black cherry and roasted fennel seed. On the palate, it’s tightly wound and focused, with dark cherry and roasting spices filling through, while hints of speck and sandalwood linger toward the back.
It shows great length, precision, and subtle power: enjoy now, but it will build more with maturity.
