2022 S.C. Guillard Gevrey Chambertin 1er Cru Les Corbeaux

Tasting Note
Mid‑to‑deep crimson in the glass, this wine reveals juicy and vibrant aromas of cherry kernel, cassis, blackberry, plum, and a touch of liquorice, framed elegantly by new oak. 

On the palate, it’s silky and beautifully balanced — the fine, velvety tannins build delicately, while the savoury edges are countered by pure, fresh red fruit. 

The finish is long and persistent, with a harmonious blend of fruit purity and subtle structure, showing real ageing potential. 

Cellaring: Best from 2028–2045.

Variety / Region: 100% Pinot Noir, from the 1er Cru “Les Corbeaux” in Gevrey‑Chambertin, Burgundy.
