A rare and beautifully matured expression of Yering Station’s flagship Pinot Noir, crafted from an exceptionally small parcel of vines in the Yarra Valley. The 2015 vintage shows the Scarlett’s signature purity and elegance, with fragrant red cherry, wild strawberry and raspberry layered with delicate violet, earthy spice and subtle savoury complexity.

Silky and refined on the palate, with fine-grained tannins, vibrant acidity and an exceptionally long, graceful finish. Now entering an excellent stage of maturity, offering both delicate fruit and developing secondary complexity.
