2016 Mount Mary Triolet

Tasting Note:
This is a very refined white blend 65% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Semillon, 10% Muscadelle. It’s not just about bright citrus or green fruit; there’s real textural richness (nuts, toast, nougat) that gives it complexity. High acidity keeps it fresh and makes it quite age worthy, despite its richness.

The presence of muscadelle (10%) and Semillon(25%) helps build more depth, while Sauvignon Blanc gives lift and clarity. If you’re drinking it now, decanting (or at least giving it some time in the glass) could help integrate those richer nutty / toasty notes with the fruit. If you’re cellaring, there’s likely more to come, but it’s already drinking very well.
