Tasting Note

A vibrant salmon-pink Champagne with lifted aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, and redcurrant, layered with brioche and subtle spice. The palate is finely structured and expressive, showing lively acidity, creamy mousse, and elegant red-berry and citrus notes. Long, dry, and refined, with a gentle tannin line from the addition of still Pinot Noir.
