2022 Bindi Kaye Pinot Noir is a refined, expressive cool‑climate Pinot, showing poise and complexity rather than overt power. Fragrant rose petals and wild red fruits meet a subtle earthiness, giving it a lifted, elegant bouquet. 

On the palate, it’s juicy and creamy, with bright cherry and red currant fruit layered with forest‑floor undertones. Chewy, sinewy tannins provide texture and structure without overpowering the fruit. 

The finish is balanced, structured and long, carrying red fruit, gentle spice, and earthy nuances right to the end. 

With its tension, energy, and refined structure, this wine has excellent ageing potential — it will drink beautifully now, but is likely to develop more nuance over the next 7-10 years.
